Shallow waters and regular wind make the Stagnone an ideal destination for all wind- and kite-surf enthusiasts.
Thanks to the sun-blessed Sicilian weather, even at the beginning of Spring the sky is filled with kites and surfers from all over the world can be seen skimming over the warm waters of the lagoon.

Within close distance of the villa there are numerous schools offering courses for beginners and expert surfers both on the lagoon and in the open sea bordering the Natural Reserve of San Teodoro.

Other renowned spots for kite-surfing are also close by, at Capo Feto and Puzziteddu (Mazzara del Vallo).

Those who don’t need lessons are literally just a few meters away from the lagoon, while the closest school is just 1 km away. The villa has ample storage space where guests are welcome to store their own equipment.

Moreover, we offer our guests the possibility to ship packages of up to 30kg to and from Laguna dei Fenici using Poste Italiane (the national mail service).
